A warm welcome to our new Community website, serving residents in the village of Kilburn, Derbyshire.
Kilburn is a great place to live, we are a developing village with easy access to Derby City as well as a number of small market towns.
There is a strong sense of community here in the village, with a thriving village hall and many other recreational facilities.
We are also very lucky to be served by excellent schools and local businesses. As well as having an active Parish Council who work on your behalf to improve local services and facilities.

Are pleased to announce they have vacancies for new members.
Membership is £3 per year for adults (oap's free).
The Club has regular entertainment.
There is a large function room available for hire, which is free to members.

NEWS
Stargazers Drama Group are preparing its scenery for the production of "Red Riding Hood' in February. They need a talented artist to volunteer to help paint the backdrops and flats to be used on stage. No experience is necessary. If anyone can help, please contact Ray on 01332 882200.
Glow sticks were handed out to the children to provide festive cheer and a surprise visit was made by Santa, much to everyone's delight.
